Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 9th 2021, 2021 (ZIZ News) The St. Kitts Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce has congratulated the Government on the ongoing vaccination roll out programme.
Speaking at a discussion about the economy and the way forward in the interest of the business community and the people of the federation, President of the CIC Giselle Matthews said the Chamber is pleased with the federation’s vaccination programme.
Mrs. Matthews said it is positive to note that the goal set by the authorities of reaching 10 thousand doses by April 16 has been met ahead of schedule.
She said the Chamber would endorse working with the Ministry of Health to use the data received from the 10 thousand persons who have been inoculated to get a better idea of the range of those persons.
This would help identify the section of the target group that needs more public awareness.
