(Jamaica Observer) Jamaica – The Malvern police are reporting that they seized a homemade firearm in Retirement district, Malvern, St Elizabeth today.
Reports are that about 8:00 am, a team of officers conducted an operation when an abandoned premises was searched. A multi-coloured bag containing the firearm was allegedly found in bushes.
No one was arrested in connection with the find.
The police say investigations are under way.
