Cruise Ships Leave

Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 8th,  2020 (ZIZ News) The two Cruise ships that had been granted safe harbour at Port Zante have been relocated as of this weekend.

According to a statement issued on Friday The Royal Caribbean Group has advised the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, that due to operational needs for both the Grandeur of the Seas and the Rhapsody of the Seas and their respective shoreside teams, the vessels were scheduled to be relocated as of Friday January 8.

The statement said “St. Kitts has always enjoyed a strong partnership with The Royal Caribbean Group, and we look forward to welcoming their passengers when cruising resumes in the future.”
