CSS Receives Trophies
To the cheers and shouts of the appreciative assembly hall, the Charlestown Secondary School received the two trophies signifying their dominance of both the senior and junior inter High Schools Basketball league on Nevis which was completed late last year.
The presentation ceremony was conducted on Friday 17th January.
Official from the Nevis Sports Department, Carl Tuckett chaired the proceedings and congratulated the two CSS teams for winning their respective competitions. He also congratulated the Gingerland Secondary School for their participation and competitiveness.
The trophies were presented to the captains of both teams by chief coordinator of the tournament, Jeffrey Lewis, ably assisted by Charlene Marin.
