Diplomatic Week Lecture
The theme for Diplomatic Week was reinforced by Director of the Institute For International Relations Dr. Jessica Byron during the Diplomatic Week Lecture held on Tuesday.
Dr. Byron thanked the organizers of diplomatic week for being invited to speak on the week’s guiding theme “Securing a Resilient Future through Strategic Diplomacy and Effective Dialogue.”
Dr. Byron began by noting that the promotion of development and human and societal well being is the main purpose of the modern state.
The Diplomatic Week Lecture formed part of the activities for Diplomatic Week 2019 from April 7th to 12th.
Approximately 70 of the federation’s diplomats are participating.
