Dr. Harris says CBI Programme will be strengthened

(ZIZ News) — Minister responsible for the Citizenship By Investment Programme, Hon. Dr. Timothy Harris, has said that the programme will be strengthened.

Dr. Harris, during a national address on ZIZ Radio and Television, indicated that the programme will also be restructured and reorganized to meet the expectations of its partners in the international community.

“We want the world to know that we are open for business. St. Kitts and Nevis appreciates that foreign investment is at the core of our economic viability. We are ensuring the long-term sustainability of our citizenship by investment program as a win-win programme for all the people.”

Dr. Harris used the opportunity to appeal to investors, service providers and agents to exercise understanding as his team seeks to do what is right for the programme, the country, and the international community.

“We are poised to grow and strengthen the middle class, promote entrepreneurship, revive agriculture, invest in our human capital, build infrastructure, create jobs and provide an environment where all can prosper. The good news is we can grow and build together!”
