Electoral Offices in St. Kitts and Nevis committed to Professional Service

Basseterre, St. Kitts (SKNIS) — Following the reopening of the Electoral Office in St. Kitts on June 01, it is reported that all of officers are undergoing a training programme to actively carry out their duties.

Attorney General Hon Vincent Byron mentioned that staff in both St. Kitts and Nevis are getting the necessary training required to better serve the public.

“Staff at both offices have been carrying out orientation,” he said. “Those in Nevis will journey to St. Kitts and go through the processes of application forms and data entry. Orientation will also involve the printing of monthly lists and printing of ID Cards once the process of claims and objections have been completed.”

He further stated that the orientation and training period is expected to last about one week.
