EPPS UPDATE – Cross country road relay

The Elizabeth Pemberton Primary School held its annual cross country relay on Friday 7th February. It was an open event for both boys and girls, in 3rd place girls was Green house which was represented by Sharinique Reid(who ran 2 stations), Bryanna Browne and Shadequa Stapleton, in 2nd place was Red house which was represented by Venetia Smithen, Zhariel Tyson, Kimberly Kawall and Xenobria Sutton.

In 1st place was Gold house whose athletes demolished the previous record of 10mins and 57 seconds and setting a new record of 10mins and 40 secs. The athletes were: Alexandra Richards, Tinesha Saddler, Azelleah Percival and Jenessa Caines.

In the boys category, Red house took 3rd position (Trent Harrylall, Samuel Ortiz, Jamaul Douglas, Kayanja Boddie).

In 2nd place was Gold house(Shamaul Delashley, Miguel Campbell, Caleb Thomas and Diandre Liburd) and in 1st place was Green house whose athletes missed the record by 3 seconds.(Khaleel Glasgow, Akeejai France, Ramon Vasquez and Kishawn Hobson) in a time of 10 mins and 10 secs.
