“Expressions of Love” heads downtown

(ZIZ)– ZIZ took to the streets on Tuesday as radio personality Kupid broadcast his show live in Basseterre for the promotion of ZIZ’s Expressions of Love competition.

Marketing assistant Gavin Charles says the downtown promotion was to remind and further inform the public about the competition.

“We came into town today to sensitize the public of our expressions of love poetry, drama and song competition for Valentine’s Day. The prizes…we have for first place we have a weekend at the Silver Reef Condominium, second place we have dinner for two at Copper Chimney and third place a gift set from Ashbury’s,” he said.

At the promotion was soca monarch, Bjorn “Mr. Hype” Bassue, who commended ZIZ for giving persons the opportunity to show their talent.

“I think the expression of love is a really cool concept. It’s something that could reach people on different levels. For me it’s a good opportunity for a lot of the hidden talents out there to become known, to become seen, become heard so I think it’s a great initiative,” he said.
