In his new role as Executive Chef, Alapatt will oversee the culinary teams and operations to serve the Resort’s four restaurants: On the Dune, offering an upscale yet relaxed beachside dining experience highlighted by an eclectic blend of Caribbean and American cuisines; EsQuilina, whose menu spans the coasts of the Mediterranean to the Caribbean for a culinary journey that is as rich in history and culture as it is in flavor; the waterfront Mango, which features a colourful, modern Caribbean menu in an al fresco environment; and Kastawey Beach Bar, serving up a casual, toes-in-the-sand atmosphere that blends the beachside shack with high-quality culinary offerings. Furthermore, Chef Alapatt will be responsible for the culinary experiences of beach dinners, private villa dinners, and individually personalised rum pairing menus for guests opting to enhance their dining experience with the property’s bespoke spirit from crowned monkey RUM BAR.

“I am very glad to be joining Four Seasons Resort Nevis at this time in the property’s history,” said Chef Picco. “I truly believe that good food brings ultimate happiness, and I am excited to share my creative approach to cooking to our guests, offering a good excuse to mingle at the table and relish a unique dining experience.”
