Future plans for CFBC

Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 11, 2019 (ZIZ News): The Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College is pushing forward on developing new programmes to assist various sectors of the nation.

That’s the word from Andrew Abraham, Dean of the Division of Technical, Vocational, Management and Education Studies at CFBC.

Hot on the heels of the Capstone Event which focused on the Information Technology students, Mr. Abraham said the college is looking into developing new programmes with a focus on the growing tourism industry, specifically the yachting sector.

He said the programmes also would prepare students to take the leap and form their own businesses within the tourism sector.

Dean Abraham said another area the college will be pursuing will be renewable energy; and while the topic is already being introduced to students they plan to formally structure programmes where students can be certified.
