G.P.O. to Roll out New Services

(ZIZ News) — Fresh off the official launch of its new U.S. Mailbox Service, the General Post Office [GPO] is preparing to launch several more services to its customers in St. Kitts and Nevis.

During a recent interview with ZIZ News, GPO’s Nicole Agard said plans are being made for the introduction of a new delivery service.

“We’re going to be doing a delivery service and we also want to have premium packages whereby customers can pay a yearly fee and they can have VIP services whereby, for example, if you want your package delivered anywhere in the federation, whether St. Kitts or Nevis, whether it be on a holiday, on the weekend or what have you, we are ready to offer those services,” she explained.

Agard said it is important for post offices to find innovative ways to remain relevant in this technological age.
