(ZIZ News) — The Garden Hotspurs Football Club Executives placed a smile on the face of their oldest fan, Mrs. Agnes Bradshaw earlier on Tuesday as she celebrated her 100th birthday.

Public Relations Officer of the Garden Hotspurs, Hollis Prentice wished Mrs. Bradshaw happy birthday on behalf of the Executive Team.

“We the members of the Garden Hotspurs Football Club Executives and the Coaching staff want to wish you a very, very happy 100th birthday. It’s often said, when you reach 100 that is the milestone but we do believe that you are going further”, Prentice stated.

Prentice thank Mrs. Bradshaw for being a devoted fan over the years.

“The Garden Hotspurs football club started in 1962 and you were born in 1916, long before that football club started. That means you are one of our oldest fans living right now and we want to thank you for supporting us all these years”, he said.

Mrs. Bradshaw thanked the executive for their surprise birthday tokens and wished them well.

“Thank you all for coming to wish me a very happy birthday. Bless you all. May the lord help you all to see many more. It would be good if all of you can reach to the milestone of 100 years. God is very good to each and every one of us as we put our trust in him. He is able to do for us more than we can ever think or ask of him”, Bradshaw said.

Physio And Female Head Coach, Valerie Whyte presented a bouquet of flowers to Mrs Bradshaw while Head Coach Alexis “Al” Richards presented a fruit basket.

Mrs. Agnes Bradshaw is now the most longstanding Garden Hotspurs fan since its inception on August 15, 1962.
