Government’s Community Consultations began in Cayon on Tuesday March 12

(ZIZ News)- The first in a series of community consultations began in constituency #8 at the Cayon community centre on Tuesday march 12 2019.

The consultations form part of the government’s good governance strategy to take its mandate into the heart of communities.

 

Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Hon timothy Harris and representative for constituency #8 and Minister of Human Settlement, The Hon. Eugene Hamilton delivered presentations on matters of national interest highlighting the government’s ongoing work of socioeconomic development for the people

Minister of Public Infrastructure, Hon. Ian Liburd and Minister of Tourism, Hon. Lindsay Grant was also present at the town hall styled meeting.

The consultations will continue on Tuesday March 19 in Constituency #3 at the St. Johnston’s Community Centre.

The community consultations are being held under the theme, “Making Dreams A Reality In Every Community.”
