Grant congratulates Challengers Exodus on impressive Championship victory

Basketball City, St. Kitts (September 13, 2013):-Former Political Leader and current constituency #4 representative of the People’s Action Movement Lindsay Grant has congratulated the newly crowned National Basketball Champions the Challengers Exodus.

Grant, who has been a major contributor, sponsor, advisor and supporter of the team expressed delight in the team’s success and committed to continuing his support of the team.

“I am tremendously proud of the Challengers Exodus team and extremely happy for the proud community of Challengers. The team oozed poise and showed immense heart and determination and has performed exceptionally well, not only in these Championship Finals but also over the last few years,” said Grant

Despite being off island on business Grant indicated that he kept in touch with team management and players and was consistently updated on the progress of the game.

“Although I am off island on business the team management and player kept me constantly and consistently updated during the game and I stayed up until I got the final call just at the final whistle that Exodus had won,” indicated Grant.

The Challengers Exodus swept the Bird Rock Uprisers to win the 2013 SKNABA National Basketball Title.
