Ground breaking ceremony for US$40 million Heldens Estate Condo Resort & Residences on September 16th

Basseterre, St. Kitts (CUOPM) — A date for the ground breaking ceremony for another resort on St. Kitts has been announced.

Galaxy Real Estate on Monday announced that ground will be broken for the US$40 million Heldens Estate Condo Resort & Residences during a ceremony on Tuesday 16thSeptember 2014 at 10.30 a.m.

That day is National Heroes Day – a public holiday and takes place not far from the annual Wreath Laying and Guard of Honour Ceremony at the Robert L. Bradshaw Community Park in St. Paul’s on that day.

Heldens Estate Condo Resort & Residences will be built on an 8-acre development which will involve spending over US$40 million in putting together a development which accommodates tourism in condominium development, hotel facilities and the recreational activities which go with this type of development such as beach facilities, swimming pools, bars and related amenities.

The project will involve in its formative and construction stages a number of persons from the immediate area, but particularly of the entire island.
