Inferno Mas is Back for National Carnival 2012/2013!

20th November, 2012, Basseterre, St. Kitts – With much anticipation the audience at Karma was captivated at the recent launch of Inferno’s 2012-2013 Carnival presentation “Bailamos”.

Parade Day revelers seeking to sign up to play mas on the road are encouraged to make Inferno their choice for an all-inclusive party. The mas troupe under the theme Bailamos introduced three sections. Namely: the elegant European Waltz (male and female), the passionate Argentinian Tango (female) and the fascinating Latin Flamenco (female). This year’s troupe keeps to tradition and offers a variety to draw people in from the sidelines, thus appealing to the daring, the conservative and the ‘in-between’.

A member of the Inferno team commented, “we are excited to be back on the road this year and look forward to contributing to National Carnival and showing our revelers a good time, as usual!”

Inferno Mas is an experienced group of organizers who started, in 2005, to make a contribution to National Carnival’s Parade Day. Of the six years it has played mas, the group has been awarded the ‘Best Carnival Troupe’ title four times. Such an accomplishment is noteworthy and encouraging.
