Isaac Becomes the Fifth Hurricane of the 2018 Atlantic Season

The National Hurricane Center of Miami reports that Tropical Storm Isaac has developed into the fifth hurricane for the 2018 hurricane season.

The storm is expected to strengthen over the next few days and is now moving west at a speed of 14 mph towards the islands chain.

Maximum sustained winds have reached a speed of 75 mph.
