JLPS coming Hot and Heavy

Coach at the Joycelyn Liburd Primary School, Kurvin Wallace is confident that his school will regain championship honours in the upcoming inter Primary meet on April 2nd.

‘We are coming hot and heavy,’ he stated confidently on Friday last, as his team trained at the ET Willet Park.

‘We have a well rounded squad and the other schools will have to look out for us,’ he said.

Star athlete Kevonie Browne indicated that she will be competing in the 100, 200 and 400 meters and stated that she was going to give it her all.  She is also confident that she will be ahead of star athlete at the Charlestown Primary School, Kurvella Wallace.

Coach Wallace is not caught between a rock and a hard place.  His mind is clear:  ‘Kurvella is my daughter and I am her number one fan.  However, I am the Coach at JLPS, so this is a different ball game,’ he said.
