Joint military training to begin here next week

ZIZ News…April 9, 2013 — The St Kitts Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF) and the Florida National Guard (FLNG) will engage in an Infantry Military Training Exchange on St Kitts from 15-19 April 2013.

According to Public Affairs Officer Captain Kayode Sutton, an exchange of this nature is not the first of its kind.

In a media advisory he stated that earlier this year SKNDF hosted FLNG in similar military cooperation where focus was on Military Police.

The military exchange training will commence on April 15 at 08:30 am and conclude April 19 at 3:30pm at Camp Springfield, Head quarters of the SKNDF.

Members of the media have been invited to witness the military training exchange.
