Leadership Course Graduation

ZIZ News…April 26th, 2013 — Over twenty persons are returning to their jobs with a renewed sense of purpose after completing a Leadership Course organized by the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College and Jenkins Limited.

The Graduation Ceremony took place on Thursday night at the CFB College.

It was a night of celebration and awards as two dozen participants were honoured for completing a series of session geared towards making them better leaders.

The Leadership Course ran for the past few weeks and was held under the theme “Leadership… A State of Becoming”.

President of the CFBC, Dr Hermia Morton Anthony says it’s important to have locally grown leaders to inspire the youth.

Featured speaker, Commissioner Celvin Walwyn spoke to the participants about the qualities and expectations of an effective leader.

Dr Eustace Esdaille Chairman of the CFBC Board of Directors presented the certificates to the graduates.

The course was facilitated by Peter Jenkins with guest Lectures including Sir Dwight Venner and Laverne Caines.
