ZIZ News (By: Chaïra Flanders) — Contestant #4 Leonna Brookes has been crowned the 2019 St. Peter’s Festival Queen held on Friday night.
Brookes who was sponsored by Uptown Entertainment beat out her three competitors at the pageant after winning the awards for Best Speech and Best Talent to amass a total of 741 points.
Leonna was also named Miss Popularity.
Tresjeur Dedier captured the 1st runner up position with a total of 717 points.
Contestant #2 Jewvanna Morson won the Creative Wear segment and was also named Miss Photogenic.
Contestant #1 Tamia Martin won Best Evening Wear.
The St. Peter’s Community Festival Queen Pageant was held at the St. Peter’s Basketball Court.
Local singing sensation Dejour was the special guest performer.
The St. Peter’s Festival activities are being held under the theme, “Youths Are The Future”.
