Lloyd Lazar Laid To Rest By Family

Basseterre, St. Kitts, August 27, 2020 (ZIZ News):  Friends, well wishers and government officials past and present gathered at the Rivers of Living Water Christian Center on Thursday to pay final tribute to the life of Lloyd Lazar.

The service was punctuated with tributes from several groups and organizations that Mr. Lazar served including Vessels, the Basseterre High School and the Ministry of Sport where he was a Permanent Secretary for many years.

The eulogy was read by Alphonso Bridgwater.

Mr. Lazar was a news presenter and commentator at ZIZ Broadcasting Corporation and has been described as selfless and committed citizen by the Ministry of Sport.
He was also a member of the NEMA District Volunteer Corps.

Lloyd Lazar died at the age of 66 years old.
