Local Basketball Closing Ceremony set for Sunday

Sports Page — A release from the local Basketball Association (NABA) has indicated that the official closing ceremony of the 2014 Basketball league, will be held this coming Sunday-20th July.

President of the Association Ms Wanda Parry indicated that the ceremony will be held at the Grell Hull-Stevens Netball Complex starting at 6.30 pm.

Immediately after the ceremony, there will be a much anticipated match up between champions CG Rebels and a mixed team which will comprise of some of the top players from the other competing teams.

This is expected to be a very competitive game.

The general public is invited out to witness the event.
