Local Company Donates To COVID-19 Fight

Another local company has thrown its support behind the nation’s fight against Covid-19.

During Wednesday weekly Covid-19 briefing Crispin Boon of Boon’s Environmental Cleaning Services donated an infra-red thermometer to the National Covid-19 Task Force.

Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Hazel Laws accepted the donation on behalf of the task force and the Ministry Of Health noting that it will be very useful during their screening procedures.

“On behalf of the Ministry of Health and the Covid-19 Task Force I want to say thank you to Mr. Crispin Boon from Boon’s Environmental Cleaning Services for his kind donation of in infrared thermometer,” she said. “This is going to come in very handy in terms of screening persons either at our quarantine site or our treatment sites. Thank you very much.”

Boon’s Environmental Cleaning Services is the most recent in a series of donations from local companies who have committed either cash, tangible goods, or service.
