LYN Jeffers defeats JLPS

(Sports) The celebrations were loud and long and deserved. It was a historic day for the lowly rated Lyn Jeffers Primary School as the Giant Malt sponsored Primary School Football league continued.

The action was at the Bath Village playing field on Monday 11th November.

The Lyn Jeffers team engaged the Jocelyn Liburd Primary School and won the game by a margin of 1 goal to nil with the goal coming from the boot of Tyler Hoffman.

At the final whistle, the celebrations started.

There were also wins for the two teams from the Charlestown Primary School, in the A and B divisions respectively.

The Maude Cross Prep School also registered another crucial win on the day.
