Man Arrested for Murder

(ZIZ News) — The police have arrested a St. Peter’s man for the murder of Devon Ryan, who was killed in the vicinity of the Ferry Terminal in Basseterre.

According to Deputy Commissioner, Stafford Liburd, police have charged Clifton Bedford of Stapleton Housing Project with murder and he is now remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison.

Ryan was shot and killed on Tuesday 30th December near the Basseterre Ferry Terminal.

According to reports, on Monday, Bedford turned himself in at the Basseterre Police Station and was taken into custody.
