Man shot in Nevis

(ZIZ News)– The Violent Crime Unit on Nevis is investigating a fatal shooting incident which occurred in the wee hours of Sunday morning in Charlestown.

Initial investigations revealed that just after midnight, Wilson Jones better known as “Hawk”, was at the water front with a female companion when he was attacked by unknown assailants.

He was rushed to Alexandra Hospital but was transferred to JNF Hospital where he later died.

No suspects have been identified as yet.
