(ZIZ News) — The police are investigating a shooting incident in Sandy Point on Wednesday Night that has left one man injured.
According to reports the incident took place sometime between 10 and 11 pm.
ZIZ understands that the victim, Carlyle Liddie, was at his home in Crab Hill when he was shot at. He was reportedly injured in the hip, shoulder, and abdomen.
He has since been taken to JNF General Hospital for treatment.
The police were on the scene collecting evidence and information.
The investigation is currently ongoing and we’ll have more details as they become available.
Meanwhile, the police have reported that Abkim Bryan, the prime suspect in the shooting of a delivery van driver on Wednesday morning is now in police custody.
