Masud and Jazzique to perform in Palestine on Monday

ST. KITTS, DECEMBER 10TH 2010 (CUOPM) – One of the Federation’s Reggae superstars, Masud Sadiki, is among several international performers appearing at a concert in Palestine on Monday.
Sadiki, along with Jazzique, will represent the Caribbean at a UN Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) concert organised by UNIFEM Palestine.
“It is a festival for youths in an effort to push the campaign to combat violence against women,” said Sadiki, prior to his departure from the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport.
Sadiki and producer, Jazzique, were congratulated by St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas, who was at the airport at the time of their departure.
Sadiki said he and Jazzique, will perform the song “Unite to end violence against women” on Monday 13th December at the UNIFEM Palestine concert.
UNIFEM’s work is to end violence against women.
