Middle aged man charged with the murder of his drinking partner
ZIZ News…Dec 10, 2012 — A middle aged man has been formally charged with the murder of his drinking partner close to a bar in Old Road.
A Police release stated, Dudley Tyson aka “Tan-Talla” of Green Tree Housing Project, was formally charged for the offence of Murder committed on Ivan Vaughan on 4th December 2012.
According to an earlier Police report Dudley Tyson struck his drinking partner with a pipe and after being taken to the JNF Hospital Vaughn succumbed to his injury.

Meanwhile in other police news, Elvis Manners of Freeman Village, Basseterre was formally charged for the offence of Displaying Seditious Publication which was committed on 6th December 2012.
Manners was part of a march organized by the Peoples Action Movement and was among many persons bearing placards as they moved through the streets of Basseterre.
