Minister Richards Expresses Thanks to Educators for Dedicated Service

Minister of Education, the Hon. Shawn Richards is recognizing educators for their dedicated service and commitment in the field of education.

He was at the time delivering remarks in an address to the nation on Friday, September 7.

The Education Minister also used the opportunity to share the theme surrounding the new 2018-2019 academic school year.

Minister Richards then welcomed and congratulated all new teachers for selecting this new career path.

The honourable minister commended the entire staff in the Ministry of Education. He said it was important to recognize that the impact of teachers and staff contributes to the shaping and enriching of the minds of the nation’s youth.
