Murder Suspect Charged

(ZIZ News) — The police have arrested a young man for the October 2014 murder of 24-year-old Istan Mitchum.

Charged is 21-year-old Erastus Laville of Central West Bourne Street. The murder occurred at West Bourne Street on 23rd October 2014.

Laville was also charged with two counts of malicious damage which were committed with a firearm on the properties of Calvin Hazel at Fort Thomas Road on 18 March 2015.

Meanwhile, the police are also looking for Cardie Stapleton of Taylor’s Village in connection with building breaking and larceny, which occurred at a number of offices at Warner Park between Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st April 2015.

Stapleton is 23 years old, 5 feet nine inches tall, weighing 139 pounds with a medium build, dark complexion, black hair and dark brown eyes.
