National Bank Launches National Pride and Grad Home Mortgages
(ZIZ NEWS) — In efforts to assist persons in realizing their dream of home ownership, the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank launched two credit initiatives at a press conference on Wednesday at the St. Kitts Marriot Resort.
Marketing Manager at National Bank Anthony Morton said the bank is pleased to be able to offer the Programme for the Realization of Individual Dreams and Empowerment or PRIDE and the Graduates Realising and Achieving Their Dreams or GRAD Home Mortgage Programmes.
Acting CEO of National Bank Donald Thompson outlined some of the objectives of the programme.
Officer in Charge of the Credit Division Paula Morton gave an overview of the features of both programmes.
She said the grad programme is geared specifically towards persons who graduated university in the last 10 years.
Meanwhile Ms. Morton said the PRIDE programme offers home owning options to lower and middle-income earners.
According to Mr. Morton, the National Pride and the National Grad Programmes are an improvement of the bank’s FREESH and GRASP programmes which were launched in 2012 in collaboration with the SIDF.
