Nevis Archery Association Hosts 1st competition

(Sports Page) The Nevis Archery Association held its first tournament last weekend. Archers were required to shoot at targets of 15 meters and 20 meters respectively. The results are as follows:

15 Meters
1st Dane Sandiford – 157pts
2nd Stanacius Wallace – 132pts
3rd Tajry Ali – 133pts
4th Jermaine Stapleton – 131pts
5th Alex Molini – 129pts

20 Meters
1st Stanacius Wallace – 118pts
2nd Dane Sandiford – 116pts
3rd Stascius Wallace – 112pts
4th Alex Molini – 111pts
5th Tajry Ali – 106pts

Overall
1st Dane Sandiford – 272pts
2nd Stanacius Wallace – 250pts
3rd Alex Molini – 240pts
4th Tajry Ali – 239pts
5th Stascius Wallace – 234pts
6th Jermaine Stapleton – 220pts

In a recent interview conducted by NTV 8 Sports, President Dane Sandiford, Treasurer Pam Barry and public relations persons, Stan Wallace, all spoke in glowing terms of the benefits of becoming members of the Association and urged interested persons to join them on the range located at Bath Village.

The Association has sessions on

Wednesdays & Thursdays 4:30pm – 6:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am – 1:00pm
Sundays 3:30pm – 6:00pm

Membership fee is only $200.00 for the year.
