New British Honorary Consul to be named soon

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, APRIL 4TH 2011 (CUOPM) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to announce the next British Honorary Consul to St. Kitts and Nevis.

Cabinet has approved the recommendation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon. Sam Condor.

“After many years of service as the British Honorary Consul to St. Kitts and Nevis, The government wishes to place on record its profound thanks to Mr. Peter Alcorn and his family for their many years diligent service in the Federation and extends very best wishes for success in their future endeavours.

Mr. Peter Alcorn retired from the position in October 2010. Official details of the new British Honorary Consul will come from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
