New Slogan Selected for Sugar Mas 48

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 12, 2019 (ZIZ News): A new slogan has officially been selected for Sugar Mas 48 celebrations later this year.
Sugar Mas 48 festivities will be held under the theme, “Why Wait? Let’s celebrate Sugar Mas 48!”
Janet Johnson was announced this year’s Sugar Mas 48 slogan competition winner, after submitting her winning entry last month.
The Sugar Mas 48 Slogan Competition ended on Saturday August 31, giving participants over one month to submit their entries.
Ms. Johnson will receive two (2) Complimentary General tickets for Carnival events such as the National Carnival Senior Calypso Competition, National Carnival Queen Pageant, National Carnival Swimsuit & Mr. GQ, The National Carnival Soca Monarch and the National Carnival Teenage & Youth Calypso shows. The value ranges from EC $450-$500.
The St. Kitts Nevis National Carnival Committee congratulated Ms. Johnson for submitting the best overall slogan considering that one hundred and twenty-five entries were submitted.
