New Zealand Women start Campaign today

Sports Page — The New Zealand women’s Cricket team which is already in St.Kitts for their much anticipated clash against the Windies women’s team will start their campaign later today at the Conaree cricket grounds, with a warm up match.

It has been revealed that the Kiwis women will engage a youthful Under 17 male team in the warm up exercise.

It was not confirmed if the young team will comprise of players from both St.Kitts and Nevis or from St.Kitts only but whatever transpires, it is believed that the skills of the touring women will be severely tested.

The visitors will engage the Windies team in a one day international on Friday 12th September.
