Ocean Grove Project Launched

ZIZ News—28th August, 2013–The ongoing Ocean Grove Project at sandy bank is being hailed as a significant boost for the country.

A groundbreaking ceremony yesterday officially launched construction of the fifty million dollar project. It’s a joint venture between Christophe Habour Development and Canadian Company Apex Capital Partners.

Nuri Katz Head of Apex Capital Partners said St. Kitts is becoming an attractive alternative for foreign direct investors.

This project is part of an overall development plan by Christophe Harbour. Founder Buddy Darby noted that each new development will bring multiple benefits to the country and the people.

Prime Minister The Right Hon Dr Denzil Douglas said his government always encourages private investment that is compatible with the country’s development strategy.

Windswept residence club will feature 90 units, and Ocean Grove Villas will be made up of up to 50 Villas.
