Olivier Marceau, Olympic champion joins the Nevis show

ZIZ News…Jan 29 2011 – For one week starting from the April 2, Nevis will become the capital of the Triathlon planet.

As many top athletes confirm their participation, Olivier Marceau, Olympic distance world champion in 2000 just announced that he will race against Chris Mc Cormack.

Olivier looks forward to this race as it is a perfect opportunity to start the new season.

According to a Press Release, Olivier Marceau, Olympian, French National Champion, Former World Champion Tri-athlete and ambassador to the upcoming TriStar111 Nevis International Triathlon said “the race is early and the conditions are fantastic, says Olivier, it’s the Caribbean, the race course is an ideal combination of climbing, descent and flat. I know I will come back to Europe full of energy as this will also be a training week in the best possible conditions”.

The tiny island of Nevis is set to be the sports battleground for the TriStar formula of long distance triathlon.
