PM Criticizes Opposition
ZIZ News[28th August,2013] — Prime Minister The Right Hon Dr Denzil Douglas has criticized the opposition over complaints that they weren’t allowed to take part in The State Visit Of Taiwanese President Ma Ying Jeou.
He said that’s not the case as opposition members were invited.
Dr Douglas said he doesn’t understand why they are complaining because their absence from parliament indicated that they did not want to be associated with the government.
He said their recent complaints show they lack conviction to their cause.
He said their participation in the visit of president ma would’ve required the same type of involvement with the government that they have been avoiding.
