Basseterre, St. Kitts (SKNIS) — Prime Minister Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris will hold his monthly press conference for September at Government Headquarters in the parliamentary lounge, tomorrow (September 10) at 3 p.m.
As customary, Prime Minister Harris will take the opportunity to interact with the local media following his opening statement. At his previous press conference, his opening statement addressed his trips abroad, including his visit to London to take part in an international Conference on Citizenship and Residency hosted by CS Global Partners; the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) reforms currently taking place; and a National Security update including the six-pronged approach to crime.
At the upcoming press conference the Prime Minister is expected to address current issues such as the pay-out for former sugar workers and the health of the economy. Prior to the press conference, he would have attended the public swearing in of Governor General His Excellency S. W. Tapley Seaton.
