PM Supports Buying LIAT Shares

ZIZ News [29 August,2013]– Prime Minister The Right Hon Dr Denzil Douglas says he supports the idea of the government investing in regional airline LIAT.

He says now is not the time but he eventually wants St.Kitts Nevis involved in the decision-making process with the shareholders.

He says the government isn’t looking for immediate monetary returns…they want to ensure that Caribbean tourists can continue to visit St.Kitts-Nevis.
