(ZIZ) Kevin Boone of Montserrat Village, Prospect, Nevis was formally arrested and charged for Assault, Throwing missiles and Battery on Police which was committed on 13 October 2013.

Gamba Lewis of Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for Malicious Damage which was committed on 21 October 2013 at Shadwell Estate.

Also, Kimo Liburd of Lodge Project was convicted for Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, he was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison awaiting sentencing on 4 November 2013.

Meanwhile, Isiah Williams of Half Way Tree was convicted for Careless Driving which was committed on 5 October 2012, and was cautioned.

Warren Nicholas of Lower St. Peter’s was convicted for Careless Driving which was committed on 10 July 2013, and was cautioned.

In other news, Bernel Doyling alias “Papa” of was convicted of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply, which were committed on 24 April 2013 at Parson Village, and fined $2500.00 for Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply which is to be paid by 25 October 2013 or in default will serve two (2) months in prison with hard labour, and reprimanded and discharged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis.

Adned Patrick of Johnson Road, Tabernacle Village was convicted for Threatening Language which was committed on 10 January 2013 at Tabernacle, and placed on bond in the sum of $2000.00 for twelve (12) months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Furthermore, Officers of the Frigate Bay Police Station are investigating a traffic accident that occurred on Friday 25 October 2013 the Island Main road at Frigate Bay in the vicinity of Bobsy’s Bar and Grill which resulted in one (1) being transported to the hospital by EMS personnel.

Initial investigation revealed that motor car P4839, owned by Oliver Archibald of Stapleton Village, but, driven by Gaurav Anand of Ocean Edge; a Canadian who attends Windsor University was involved in the single vehicle accident.
