Police Computer Training Course

ZIZ News….May 24 2013 –as part of plans to upgrade the police force, officers recently took part in computer classes.

The courses ended this morning with a closing ceremony at the police training complex.

Deputy Commissioner Stafford Liburd says the course follows Commissinoer Walwyn’s commitment to all police officers who are computer literate.

Liburd says there are other benefits as well

One of the participants WPC Kashina Burke said it was a great experience

During the ceremony Commissioner Walwyn said he is committed to keeping his officers up to date with advanced technology and training is the most effective way to do that.
