Police investigate shooting incident in Old Road

Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 7, 2017 (RSCNPF): Police responded to a report of shooting incident at Biggz Snackette along‎ Main Street, Old Road, which occurred about 2:30 a.m., on Saturday 7 October 2017.

Initial investigations revealed that the victims were among others playing cards when three (3) armed masked assailants entered the ‎business establishment and opened fire.

‎Crime Scene Technicians visited the scene and collected items of evidential value.

Commissioner of Police Ian Queeley stated that acts likes this should not be tolerated by society, persons need to speak out and support their Police Force in making our beautiful country a safe and peaceful place to live, do business and enjoy themselves. He therefore encouraged all law abiding Citizens and ‎residents to continue to support the efforts of the Force.
