Police investigating another homicide

ZIZ News…August 16 2012 — The Criminal Investigation Department is investigating another homicide following a shooting incident on Wednesday night.

It took place in the vicinity of Lewis Lane, New Pond site at around ten o’clock. Various units of the Police Force responded to the scene along with the EMS.

According to reports, two brothers were shot at, one died at the scene while the other was rushed to the Joseph N. France General Hospital where he received surgery to his leg.

The two brothers are Jerome Connor who is hospitalized and Steven Connor who succumbed to the gunshot wounds.

The Police are asking anyone with information on this latest homicide to come forward and assist with the investigation.

Fourteen homicides have now been recorded in St. Kitts and Nevis so far for 2012.
