Basseterre, St. Kitts (RSCNPF) — The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is currently investigating the shooting death of Jermaine Francis a formerly of Sandy Point, but who resided in the Mc Knight area.
According to ACP Queeley, the Assistant Commissioner of Police with responsibility for Criminal Investigations, Detectives of the Violent Crimes Unit are investigating the shooting death of Mr. Francis.” The incident occurred on Sunday 30th August 2015 at about 10.40 p.m at Upper Pitcairn Street, in the Newtown area.
The victim was attacked by an unknown assailant who discharged a firearm at him, striking him in the upper body. The victim died at the scene. The police are pursuing all possible leads in hope of finding and bringing to justice the perpetrator(s) of the crime.
