Police Updates — 8th October 2013

(ZIZ) Steve Ward of Cleverly Hill Sandy Point was convicted for Possession of Cannabis and Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon, which were committed on 10th July, 2013 at the Alley Sandy Point, and was sentenced to thirty (30) days in prison on each count which are to run concurrently.

Ambrose Buchannan of Crab Hill, Sandy Point was convicted for Possession of Cannabis which was committed on 21st June, 2013 at Station Street, Sandy Point, and fined $700.00 EC which is to be paid by 18th October, 2013 or will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.

Cleston Phillip of the Alley, Sandy Point was convicted of Malicious Damage which was committed on 29th June, 2013 at Mount Idle, Sandy Point, and sentenced to fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.

Anthony Coker of Dieppe Bay was convicted for Drunkenness in a Public Place which was committed on 25th May, 2013 at Main Street, Dieppe Bay, he was fined $150.00 EC which is to be paid by 18th October, 2013 or will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.

Celcel Procope of Gibbons Hill, Dieppe Bay was convicted for Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle which was committed on 24th June, 2013 at Newton Ground, and was fined $100.00 EC which is to be paid by 18th October, 2013 or will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.

Peter Procope of Gibbons Hill, Dieppe Bay was convicted for Permitting Another Person To Drive His Unlicensed Vehicle which was committed on 24th June, 2013 at Newton Ground, and fined $100.00 EC which is to be paid by 18th October, 2013 or will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.
