Police updates (December 11, 2013)
(ZIZ) — Dwight Richards of Stoney Grove was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which was committed on 6th December 2013 and Larceny which was committed between 29th and 30th June 2013.
Zalima Herbert of Mount Lily was formally arrested and charged for Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply, and Knowingly Permitted The Preparation of Cannabis for Selling, which were committed on 6th December 2013.
Trevon Rogers of Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for three (3) counts of Uttering a Forged Document which was committed at Rams Supermarket on 26th November and 6th December 2013, and at Domino Pizza on 23rd November 2013.
Ashton Mills of Newtown, Basseterre was formally arrested and charged for Procuring a St. Kitts and Nevis Passport by Impersonation and False Representation, which was committed on 21st March 2013 at Basseterre.
A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for Procuring a St. Kitts and Nevis Passport by Impersonation and False Representation, which was committed on 21st March 2013.

Meanwhile, Devon Hodge alias “X-MAN” of Farm Site, Sandy Point was convicted for Obstruction which was committed on 22nd October 2013 at Main Street, Sandy Point, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid by 28th February 2014 or will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
Karisa Carty of Lovers Lane, St. Paul Village was convicted for Simple Larceny which was committed between 25th and 26th September 2013 at St. Paul Village, and placed on a bond in the sum of $3000.00 for a period of twelve (12) months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Darren Lawerence alias “6 A-KLAK” of Mount Idle, Sandy Point was convicted for Driving Without A Seat belt which was committed on 3rd May 2013, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid by 23rd December 2013 or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison with hard labour.
